Thank you everyone!  These links were so helpful.  I certainly plan on seeing my lawyer.  I just wanted to do my "due diligence."  Thanks again.

Good morning everyone!  I'm moving along steadly with my plan to start a billing service from home.  I've gotten a lot of support and suggestions from here both from "lurking" and if I post a questions so Thank you...thank you!  Just a quick question please.  I'm certainly going to see my lawyer/accountant but I'd like to research contracts. (the experts are expensive, and if I can go in with some leg work done I'l  be farther ahead.)   What should a contract include between the billing service and the practice?  Can anyone point me to a web site or maybe tell me where to look for examples or templates?  Any advice would be helpful.   Have a great day everyone.
