One bit of advice ive given over the years is BEFORE you invest in software, coputers, or anything else , call the support department at lunchtime and at 4pm on  Friday night.  That will give you an idea of what you will face in the future. 

If you get someone from India using a script, be careful.

I spent 2 hours last weekend with my printer customer support.  It too was in India and the person spent all of their time reading from a useless script.  After 2 hours, the printer was still useless.  Just FYI, I dont need to hear my name every 2 seconds.  I went out and bought a $40 printer from Wallyworld.  Problem solved.

never used it, but one turn off for me regarding any billing software is poor tech support, or outsourcing overseas. No matter how good it is, I refuse to purchase
