The big, fat MOTTO!

These forums are privately owned and run, they are not public. We reserve the right to remove / move messages at any time. Those who continuously flout our rules you will be banned from posting. In posting a message you are agreeing to the rules. We have them for a reason.

Please note that we have little time to debate a ban. If you break a rule you will be banned, no arguments.

As far as question for the Administrator, or Moderator - DO NOT POST "Question for Danni" or "Steve,..."  in the public areas. We don't always have time to scan through, and certain things just don't belong into the forums. Just use common sense, and discretion.

Commercial advertising - Commercial website linking or advertising is not allowed, if you wish to advertise on the site contact us. This rule includes webmasters of other websites promoting themselves on the forum. You will be banned and have all of your messages removed. This includes subliminal advertising.

As suggested before, anyone with questions regarding specific software brands (as in software mentioned by name), please feel free to PM the Administrator, Moderator, or one of your very knowledgeable V.I.P. via private message (send PM).

No subliminal advertisements!

The My Medical Billing Community Forum does not encourage, nor solicit, or request posting of job requests and recruitment advertisement, however, if you feel compelled to do so, we cannot stop you.

Vistiors, members, and guests on this forum MUST understand that we, the forum owners, administrators, and moderators will, and cannot verify, guarantee, nor warrant the validity of any such offers, announcements, and queries related to medical billing and coding jobs.

If posted, understand that...

  • We don't know about any costs affiliated with such offers.
  • It is also unknown about the coding qualifications required.
  • It is unknown if the candidate will be required to take a coding test as part of the hiring process.

The forum owners, administrators, and moderators assume no responsibilities or liabilities regarding this unapproved advertisement.  Forum visitors may respond at their own risk and hold the forum owners, administrators, and moderators harmless against any lawsuits that may arise as a result of this sort of unsolicited advertisement.

As medical billers on a forum, there are things we CANNOT DO:

1.  We can't answer tax questions.

2.  We can't answer personal benefit questions.

3. We cannot answer legal questions.

4.  We can't answer for an insurance company as to why they decided on their course of action regarding a claim.

5. We cannot train you in medical billing or medical coding.

6.  We cannot give you answers to your homework or tests if you are a student.

7. We cannot make any recommendations regarding a school, course, or billing software.

8.  We cannot code your claims for you.

9.  We WILL NOT help you with a lawsuit against a doctor, a coder, a former biller, or current billing company.

WHAT WE CAN DO

1.  Guide you to where you can find answers to your specific BILLING/CODING QUESTIONS.
2.  Again GUIDE you.
